Excellent customer service has always been one of our top priorities. Our service team covers Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany. Despite producing over one thousand cabins each year it's very rare, however, that any of our cabins need extraordinary service.
If your cabin needs significant repairs, we have a dedicated repair center in Denmark. Significant repairs may include replacing a wall or the roof due to an accident. If you're in doubt or have questions, you're always welcome to contact us.
In case repairs are needed, you must always contact our service team first who will help you access the situation and determine the level of urgency. For example if it's necessary to dispatch a service team member immediately.
Please note that any repairs not approved by Scanvogn will not be covered by our warranty policy.
